Just email with a brief message with study year and course, and the number of rooms you’re interested in. Or call us on the mobile.
If you know which room you want and don’t want to/can’t view in person, just email with details and we can have a quick chat, answer any questions you have, take a £300 deposit, and the room is secured for you. We then arrange for contacts to be sent out to you.
Yes, we often do that, particularly for overseas students. Just send us a message and we can arrange that for you via FaceTime
For students on standard courses, the contracts start on the 1st September and run through the student year.
We have flexibility on exact dates depending on course type.

The house itself is beautifully finished, it’s comfortable and has plenty of room to socialise with the rest of the housemates but also enough room for privacy.
